Biographical Information

Hyeon-woo Kang has played in the Korea Baseball Organization and for the South Korean national team.

Kang was 2 for 5 with a run and four RBI for South Korea in the 2019 Asian Championship, backing up at catcher. He was a second-round pick of the kt Wiz in the KBO draft that year. He was hitting .227/.292/.318 after 19 games in the KBO as a rookie in 2020.
