Biographical Information[edit]
Jim Converse pitched 35 games in four years in the major leagues, finishing 2-11, 7.21 in 97 1/3 innings with the Seattle Mariners and Kansas City Royals. In the minors, he appeared in 226 games from 1990-1999, primarily as a starter in the early years. In 1992, he went 12-7 with the Jacksonville Suns in the Double A Southern League, being named the circuit's Pitcher of the Year.
