Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder Jim Conlan played three seasons of minor league ball. With the Salisbury Indians in 1938, he hit .312 with 28 homers and led the Eastern Shore League with 99 RBIs. The next summer, with the Oswego Netherlands of the Canadian-American League, he hit .335 with 18 home runs and 79 RBIs.

After serving in the military during World War II, Conlan worked for General Motors for 40 years
