Biographical Information

Jesus Sanchez pitched for the VSL Rays of the Tampa Bay Rays system in 2014 and 2015. In 2014, he went 2-4 with a 3.38 ERA in 16 games (1 start), while allowing 22 walks to just 19 strikeouts in 32 innings. In 2015, he went 5-2 with a 5.34 ERA in 17 relief appearances, while walking 27 batters to just 21 strikeouts in 30 1/3 innings. Overall, he was 7-6, 4.33 in 33 games (1 start).
