Jesús Ramón Bayron
Jesús Bayron was on the first Puerto Rican national team, at the 1938 Central American and Caribbean Games. In their two games against Nicaragua, he was their shortstop and leadoff hitter, so it seems highly possible he was the first person ever to bat for Puerto Rico.
