Biographical Information[edit]

Jerry McNertney came up to the Chicago White Sox as a catcher in 1964. His only time as a regular came with the expansion Seattle Pilots in 1969 and the Milwaukee Brewers in 1970. He finished his career as a backup catcher with the St. Louis Cardinals and Pittsburgh Pirates.

He was a coach for the Syracuse Chiefs in 1977.
