Biographical Information[edit]

Jerod Goodale has been a college coach.

Goodale was All-Conference in college. He was pitching coach at Fort Hays State in 2006, as the school set a conference record for ERA (3.65). He was then assistant coach at Wichita State University (2007-2009) and Angelo State University (2010-2011). He became head coach of the Colorado School of Mines for 2012. He led the team to its first two 30-win seasons and won Conference Coach of the Year. In 2019, he returned to Fort Hays State as head coach. He remained through 2022, then was replaced by Justin Wichert.
