Jeremy Jorgensen has been a college coach.

Jorgensen was pitching coach for the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 1999 and was an assistant at California State University, Los Angeles from 2001-2002. From 2003-2006, he guided McCook Community College, developing Ben Jukich among others. He became head coach for Doane College in 2008, going 22-28 his first year, 18-28 his second and 30-18 in 2010, setting a school record for wins. He topped it by going 37-19 in 2011, the first time the school got votes in the NAIA poll. He won Conference Coach of the Year in 2012 and 2014 and left after 2016. He was 272-183 and set the school record for career wins. He left due to his wife's getting a job with Disney World. Jeremy has also been a Cleveland Indians scout and has done some coaching in Guatemala.
