Biographical Information[edit]

Jeff Porter has been a trainer.

Porter was in the minors from 1979-1984, as trainer for the Denver Bears, Jamestown Expos, Memphis Chicks and Indianapolis Indians. He was Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Atlanta Braves from 1985-2003, when he moved into the Head Trainer role (as job he still held as of 2011). He was the National League trainer for the 1996 All-Star Game and 2008 All-Star Game. He also was the trainer for the 2006 Nichi-Bei Series.
