Biographical Information

The son of Dave Heaverlo, pitcher Jeff Heaverlo was a first round draft pick by the Seattle Mariners in 1999. He remained in the M's farm system through 2005, playing four years with the AAA Tacoma Rainiers. Heaverlo missed the 2002 season with an injury.

He spent 2006 in the Los Angeles Dodgers chain and 2007 with the Long Beach Armada of the independent Golden Baseball League.
