Biographical Information

Jeff Baisley was drafted by the Oakland A's in the 12th round of the 2005 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Steve Barningham and made his pro debut that summer. In three weeks of action during the 2008 season, he batted .256/.319/.279 with 5 RBI in 14 games. Jeff's twin brother, Brian, was a minor league player and coach. Another brother, Brad, played minor league ball from 1998-2004.
