Jayson Avila
Jayson Avila was a two-way backup for the Honduran national team in the 2017 Central American Games. He debuted in relief, succeeding Edgardo Matute and closing out a 10-3 loss to Guatemala with a shutout inning (1 BB, 1 K). He was not as sharp against the Panamanian national team with 3 walks and 3 runs in a third of an inning. Offensively, he was 0 for 2 with a run in the event. [1]
