Biographical Information[edit]
Jason Sabolic caught for the Croatian national team in the 2001 European Championship, going 1 for 6 with two walks, a hit-by-pitch, two runs, a RBI and a steal. He had 13 putouts, two assists, a passed ball and three steals in three tries allowed, backing up Romeil Agladius at catcher. He also played football (fullback and center) in college; he had been All-Conference in both baseball and football in high school. He later was assistant football coach at Los Angeles Pierce College.
