Biographical Information[edit]
Jason Patterson has represented Panama on the international stage.
He was Panama's main shortstop in the 2019 U-18 Baseball World Cup, hitting .150/.200/.150 and fielding .952. He had three runs against South Africa but none in their other seven games. [1] In the 2021 U-23 Baseball World Cup, he was 2 for 8 with two runs and a RBI. [2] Making it to their senior national team for the 2023 Pan American Games Qualifier, he was 3 for 8 with two walks, a hit-by-pitch, five runs and three RBI, fielding .952 at 2B. He had 3 runs in the finale against Argentina when Panama won a spot in the 2023 Pan American Games. He tied Sebastián García and Jhonny Santos for second in the event in runs, two behind Edgar Muñoz. [3]
