James Earl Jones
- Born January 17, 1931 in Arkabutla, MS USA
James Earl Jones is an American actor. He has won two Tony Awards and is a three time Emmy Award winner. He is best known for providing the voice of Darth Vader in the Star Wars films. In regards to baseball, Jones played Terence Mann in Field of Dreams and Mr. Mertle in The Sandlot, as well as the power-hitting catcher Leon Carter in The Bingo Long Traveling All-Stars & Motor Kings. He often appears at ballgames to recite "The Star Spangled Banner" and "Casey at the Bat".
