Biographical Information[edit]

James Bradshaw won an ERA title his first professional season, but spent just two years playing pro ball. He began his career with the Baton Rouge Red Sticks in 1948, going 12-9 with 13 complete games and an Evangeline League-leading 2.37 ERA in 26 games. He went 2-0 in 5 games for the Wilmington Blue Rocks in 1949, to conclude his pro career, per records available.

He died at 40 years old.
