John Mark Herbert
Biographical information[edit]
Jack Herbert was a minor league infielder and manager. He played from 1899 to 1916, collecting more than 1,500 hits.
From 1911 to 1913, he managed the Pekin Celestials. In 1915, he managed the Streator Boosters. He also managed the Cedar Rapids Rabbits for part of the 1915 season. In 1916, he managed the Rabbits for part of the season. He managed the Cairo Egyptians for part of the 1922 and 1923 seasons.
