Biographical Information

JC Bonilla played college ball at Lackawanna College and Grambling State University and graduated in 2022 from Grambling State.

In 2023 the Chicago Cubs hired Bonilla to work in their player development system. His initial job title was Pitching Fellow, but at the conclusion of the season Bonilla was listed as an assistant pitching coach for the DSL Cubs Blue. He returned to the team in 2024 in the same role.
