J.J. Lally was 6 for 36 as an outfielder for the 1997 Aberdeen Pheasants. He then joined the Chicago White Sox as a scout. As of 2011, his title was Assistant Director of Scouting/Player Development. He has signed Ryan Kussmaul among others.
