Purdue University Fort Wayne inherited the athletics program previously managed by the jointly run Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne when on July 1, 2018, Indiana University and Purdue University parted ways, creating two separate schools - Indiana Fort Wayne and Purdue Fort Wayne. Before that, IUPFW/PFW had sponsored baseball since 1968. Quentin Brown, Billy Gernon and Zac Mishler went here.
