Indalecio Alejandrez

Indalecio Alejandrez was a very successful womens' softball manager in Cuba, winning 9 national titles, before becoming manager of the Granma baseball team for the 2011-2012 season. He was 54-42 his first year and took the team to the semifinals but fell to 19-26 in 2012-2013 and 20-25 in 2013-2014 and was replaced at the helm.
