ISO
Isolated Power (abbreviated ISO) is a measure of a batter's ability to hit for extra bases. It is the average number of extra bases beyond first per plate appearance. It can be expressed equivalently as:
- ISO = Slugging percentage - Batting average
- ISO = (Total bases - Hits) / AB
- ISO = (2B + 2*3B + 3*HR) / AB
