Biographical Information

Hyeong-guk Yoon was drafted by the Ssangbangwool Raiders in the first round of the 1998 KBO draft, and he went to college first. He represented South Korea in the 2001 Asian Championship, and he joined the SK Wyverns in 2002. Yoon didn't get any at-bats in his first season, and he was 1-for-4 in 2003. He went 0-for-12 in 2004, and the Wyverns released him. He later coached Baeksong High School and Jemulpo High School.
