Biographical Information

Hsuan-Tsung Fang played in the CPBL for 2 years.

Fang was drafted by the Brother Elephants in the 5th round of the 2012 CPBL Draft, but he refused to sign. The EDA Rhinos then took him in the 6th round of the 2014 CPBL Draft, and he hit .354/.435/.531 in the minors in 2014. However, his batting line was .182/.200/.205 in 2014, then he hit .231/.306/.343 in 50 games in 2015. Fang played well in the minors in the next two seasons, hitting .268/.395/.268 and .365/.425/.667 respectively. However, he couldn't get a single at-bat with the big club, and he announced his retirement in 2017.

Overall, Fang had hit .219/.283/.310 with 41 hits in 2 seasons in the CPBL.
