Howie Dallmar was a college coach.

Dallmar was an All-American basketball player at Stanford and played three seasons for the Philadelphia Warriors, leading the league in assists in 1947-1948. He later coached baseball (1949-1954) and basketball at the University of Pennsylvania and basketball at Stanford.
