Houston Apollos

The Houston Apollos were established in 2002, but did not get the opportunity to play in a professional circuit until 2020, when they joined the Pecos League. They then played in the American Association in 2021. Previously, they were an amateur/summer collegiate outfit, playing in the Big States League, Coastal Baseball League and NBC World Series. They had a chance to play in the Continental Baseball League in 2009, but declined. The team has also been part of the Pecos Spring League.

Though ostensibly based in Houston, they have also been used as a travel team.

Derrick Sylve was listed as a manager for 2020, however he might have replaced someone partway through the year.
