Biographical Information[edit]
Ho-ik Chang caught for the South Korean national team in the 1984 Olympics, 1986 Amateur World Series, 1987 Intercontinental Cup and 1988 Baseball World Cup. In the 1988 World Cup, he went 3 for 8 with a walk while backing up Dong-soo Kim; he threw out two of three attempted base-stealers. He played briefly as a pro, going 10 for 68 with two walks, four runs, two RBI and five errors in 38 games for the 1989 Haitai Tigers.
