Higashi Nippon International University have won 39 championships in the Minami Tohoku Universities Baseball League, which were the most in the league through 2024. It reached semifinals of the All-Japan University Baseball Championship Series twice. It is also the only school of the league to attend the Meiji Jingu Baseball Convention.
