Biographical Information

Herb Nauert, a second baseman, was taken by the New York Mets in the 10th round of the 1985 amateur draft out of junior college. He continued on to Stephen F. Austin State University but was undrafted when done there. His father, also Herb Nauert, played professionally. Nauert later worked for the pharmaceuticals industry.
