Biographical Information[edit]
Harry Weber played three games in the majors with the Indianapolis Hoosiers of the American Association in 1884.
It was reported in March of 1884 by Sporting Life that Harry had signed a contract with Peoria.
He is not to be confused with Joe Weber, who played two games in the outfield with the Detroit Wolverines, also in 1884.
"A general reorganization of the (Indianapolis) club is now taking place. Dorgan, Reising, Callahan, Peltz, Merrill, Marshall and Loch have been released. . . The new acquisitions are (various names) . . . and a new man named Webber." - Sporting Life, July 30, 1884, misspelling Harry Weber's name here and in the box scores
