Biographical Information[edit]

Pitcher Harry Pilarski played in the minor leagues from 1946 to 1948 and from 1950 to 1951.

He was 13-13 with a 2.97 ERA with the Oneonta Red Sox in 1946 and led the Canadian-American League with 159 strikeouts. In 1947, he was 14-9 for the Lynn Red Sox. Perhaps his best season was 1950, when he went 19-6 with a 2.81 ERA in 28 games for the Kingston Ponies. He tied Norm Gosselin for the most wins in the Border League. He wrapped up his career with a 12-9 record in 1951.

Overall, Pilarski was 65-45 with a 3.29 ERA in his five-year career.
