Biographical Information[edit]
Harron Floyd won Silver with Team USA in the 1951 Pan American Games. [1] He signed with the New York Yankees. In 1953, he hit .362/.488/.568 with 52 walks and 71 runs in 59 games for the Olean Yankees and .241/.418/.392 with 23 walks in 26 contests for the Norfolk Tars. He batted .306/.387/.457 with 25 steals for the 1954 Tars, fielding .947 in the outfield. He was 6th in the Piedmont League in swipes. His career ended, with a .317/.426/.486 batting line as a pro.
