Biographical Information[edit]
Harrison Peppers pitched two games for the Louisville Colonels in 1894. His record was 0-1. Both Peppers and the young Fred Clarke had played for Montgomery in 1893 and Savannah in 1894 before coming to the majors. Both made their debuts on June 30, 1894.
In 1895 he won 21 games for the St. Paul Apostles.
Earlier, in 1886, he was arrested (along with others) for playing baseball on Sunday. [1]
