Biographical Information[edit]
Han-jo Kim played in the Korea Baseball Organization for 5 years.
Kim played for the South Korean national team in the 1983 Asian Championship and 1983 Intercontinental Cup. The Lotte Giants selected him in the 1984 KBO draft, and he hit .236/.374/.403 in 49 games in his first year. Kim struggled again in 1985 as he only hit .206/.261/.318, then he recorded a .207/.294/.220 batting line in 1986. He bounced back with a .239/.325/.338 in 1987 after jumping to the Chungbo Pintos, but he was 2-for-16 in 1988 then he was released.
Overall, Kim hit .216/.306/.308 with 75 hits in 5 seasons in the KBO.
