Hamburg Marines

The Hamburg Marines were founded in Hamburg, Hamburg in 1985 and had made the Bundesliga-1 by the end of the decade. They finished first in the Bundesliga-1 north in the 1990 regular season but fell in the playoffs and would not reach those heights again, dropping out of the top league by 1995. The team still exists as of the early 2020s but had not returned to Bundesliga-1.
