Hal Totten
Hal Totten had several roles in the baseball world. He wrote for the Chicago Daily News and was a sportscaster for WMAQ. He called Chicago Cubs games from 1924-1935, the first radio announcer to cover all his team's home games. He later was president of the Three-I League (1952-1959) and was president of the Southern Association for its last two years (1960-1961).
