Biographical Information[edit]
Hal Neubauer pitched seven games for the 1925 Boston Red Sox. He had been at Brown University from 1921 to 1925 (going 23-7 for Brown), and made his debut with the Red Sox in July 1925.
His time at Brown overlapped with that of Bump Hadley, who spent most of his career in the American League but never pitched for Boston.
The 1925 Red Sox went 47-105, and Neubauer was the only pitcher on the entire squad to post a winning record.
