Biographical Information

Infielder Greg Hopkins has played in the Milwaukee Brewers minor league system since 2010 (through 2014). He was the club's 24th round pick in the 2010 amateur draft.

Despite being a light hitter - his batting averages from 2010 to 2013 were .285, .229, .269 and .237, respectively - Hopkins has earned some recognition. He was named a Midwest League Mid-Season All-Star in 2012 and in 2013, he was placed in the Brewers' MiLB.com Organization All-Star squad.
