Great South Athletic Conference
The Great South Athletic Conference was a Division-III conference in the states of Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia. Only four of the eight schools competed in baseball in 2010. Piedmont College, LaGrange College, and Maryville College left the conference for the USA South Athletic Conference after the 2011-2012 season leaving only 2 of the 7 member schools sponsoring baseball (the other 5 schools are women's colleges). The two remaining schools, Covenant College and Huntingdon College announced plans to also join the USA South after the 2012-2013 school year.
Beginning with the 2012-2013 school year, the GSAC sponsored only women's athletics. The conference ceased operations in 2016.
