Biographical Information[edit]
Grayson Mersch played in the minors and for Team USA.
Mersch was on the US team that won Bronze in the 1959 Pan American Games. The first baseman signed with the St. Louis Cardinals. In 1961, he hit .275/.375/.350 in 15 games for the Billings Mustangs and .297/.422/.532 in 34 games for the Johnson City Cardinals. With the '62 Minot Mallards, his batting line fell to .176/.343/.239 in 49 games. He had hit .235/.376/.365 in 98 games as a pro, with 41 runs, 39 RBI and 68 walks.
