Biographical Information[edit]

Glenn Killinger attended Penn State University, where he was an All-American football player in 1921. A second baseman, he went on to play minor league baseball from 1922 to 1932, largely in the New York-Penn League.

Following his playing days, Killinger was head football coach at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for several years and also coached at Moravian College. He went on to be baseball coach at West Chester University of Pennsylvania for 32 seasons in addition to serving as the school's football coach for 23 years and their basketball coach for 6 seasons.

He lived to be 99 years old.
