Biographical Information[edit]

Pitcher Glenn Bott played in the minor and independent leagues from 2001 to 2007. He began his career with a 2.54 ERA in 21 relief appearances, striking out 61 in 46 innings between the AZL Mariners and Everett AquaSox in 2001. That success did not translate down the line, though he did have a solid 2003, going 7-7 with a 3.16 ERA in 31 games (21 starts) for the Inland Empire 66ers, striking out 143 in 142 1/3 innings.

Overall, he went 32-44 with a 3.99 ERA in 187 games (107 starts), striking out 688 batters in 751 1/3 innings.

He died at the age of 36 in an ATV accident.
