George Halpin
Biographical Information[edit]
George Halpin played three years in the minors (1926-1928). He hit .185 with 3 HR for the 1926 Topeka Senators and .226 with 0 HR and 4 RBI for Topeka a year later. In 1928, Halpin hit .389 for the Abilene Aces.
He then discovered and/or signed Lou Limmer for the Philadelphia Athletics and Frank McCormick for the Cincinnati Reds.
