Biographical Information[edit]
George Bradley was a 32-year-old rookie with the 1946 St. Louis Browns. He played for the Jackson Senators in the Class B Southeastern League in 1942, went into the service, but was out to rejoin Jackson in 1943. When the Southeastern League ceased its operations, he played for Memphis in the A1 Southern Association until, in April and May 1946, he played 4 games in the outfield for the Browns. In June, the Browns picked up Jeff Heath to play the third outfield position. George also played for the Toledo Mud Hens that year.
