Biographical Information[edit]
George Aiton appeared in 10 games for the 1912 St. Louis Browns, hitting .235 while drawing four walks. He was born in Kingman, KS, in south-central Kansas and attended Friends University in Wichita. From 1911-1913, he was also in the minors, playing for various teams in Kansas. In 1912, he was with the Manhattan Elks along with fellow big leaguers Josh Billings and Gene Cocreham.
