Biographical Information

When Gary Holman hit .294 for the Washington Senators in 1968, it was the heart of the second dead-ball era. He was far above the team average of .224, and virtually no one on the team hit as high as he did.

He was a star on the 1963 NCAA-title winner University of Southern California.
