Biographical information[edit]
Frank Tobin was a long time minor league baseball catcher, playing from 1920 to 1931, 1933 to 1934, 1940 to 1941 and in 1944. In 1,133 minor league games, he hit .251 with 59 home runs and 170 doubles. He had 3,476 at-bats.
Played semi-pro baseball in Sacramento before his pro career.
He also managed the Oklahoma City Indians in 1931 and the Twin Falls Cowboys in 1940.
