Biographical Information[edit]

Frank Holbrook has been a college coach.

He was all-state in baseball in high school and also played football and hockey. He set his college's records for ERA in a season (1.38) and career (2.32) as well as the win record for a season (10) and finishing second in a career (26). He helped them to a second-place finish in the 2012 Division III College World Series. He remained as pitching coach and recruiting coordinator from 2014-2018; the team went to the 2017 Division III College World Series. He became head coach of Rhode Island College in 2019, going 26-16 his first year to tie the school record for wins. They were 7-1 in 2020 before the season ended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He was 115-51-1 in five seasons and won Little East Conference Coach of the Year in '23. He then moved to Northeastern University.
