Frank Hardley

Frank Hardley was on the Panamanian national team that won the Silver Medal in the 1938 Central American and Caribbean Games. Nothing else is known about his career; this is not unusual as there is scant information on many Panamanian team members of that time. Some even were playing under assumed names to mask professional status.
