Frangel Reynaldo Balbuena

Frangel Reynaldo has managed three different teams in the Cuban Serie Nacional. He guided Santiago de Cuba in 1978-1979 (23-28), Guantanamo from 1984-1988 (91-128), Las Tunas from 1989-1991 (49-47, the team's first two winning seasons), Santiago de Cuba again from 1992-1995 (121-74) and Santiago de Cuba in 2002-2004 (97-83). His career record in the Serie Nacional was 381-360 in 12 seasons. He also managed two Series Selectivas champions - the 1986 Serranos and 1993 Orientales. In addition to his work in Cuba, he managed Chiriqui to at least three titles in Panama (1998, 1999 and 2000).
